With my pre and post natal fitness sessions my mission is to make a positive difference to your health, strength and confidence. So you can continue to be active, stay strong, mobile and pain free throughout your pregnancy and beyond.

As a licensed Holistic Core Restore® coach I run specialised pre and post natal fitness programmes that are designed to transform the health of women. Whether you want to

  • safely get or stay fit during pregnancy and prepare for your birth
  • reconnect with your core and pelvic floor and stop leaks
  • heal your diastasis recti
  • help you recover from a c-section (no matter how long ago it was)

I can help.

As a qualified UK Athletics running coach I can help you return to running after having a baby in a safe and progressive way.

To ensure you are given support that is tailored to you and your specific needs, all my pre and post natal programmes are offered as bespoke 1 to 1 sessions.

You can start training with me any time from 12 weeks to full term, and post birth we can begin training from 6 weeks (12 weeks for a c-section birth).

Session can be held in Aylesbury, Bicester, Waddesdon, North Marston, Oving, Quainton, Westcott and all surrounding villages.
