As the Waddesdon Runners coach, I lead the group every week. My aim is to help you enjoy your running, stay consistent, and reach your personal goals - whether that’s running your first 5k, building up to longer distances, or chasing a new personal best.

But it's not just about me as the coach. We are a friendly and welcoming running group in Waddesdon, everyone supports each other.

Whatever your goal, we’ll achieve it together!

When we run

  • Tuesdays – Our “challenge” runs. We work on speed, strength, distance, or technique to help you improve.
  • Thursdays – Our relaxed social runs (5–7km) exploring the footpaths around Waddesdon. Perfect for conversation and connection.

 

We run all year round, whatever the weather! In winter, we kit up with headtorches and reflective gear and keep moving together.
