Introducing Holistic Core Restore ® Athlete 12.

12 weeks of upping your game, upping the intensity, upping the effort and ultimately, getting fitter, faster, stronger and being able to go for longer.

Who is this programme for?

Any woman who is free of pelvic health dysfunction who wants to get fitter, stronger and faster. If this is you then you will love Athlete 12.

So, how does this programme work?

This programme runs for 12 weeks, with one live group session per week and an additional workout by programme creator Jenny Burrell, so you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!

The programme will start with a fitness test so we can log your starting point. Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get fitter, faster and stronger. You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress and a final fitness test in week 12. And 100% you will have progressed!

Each week you will have an additional recorded mini workout to complement the work you are doing in Athlete 12. These are short workouts of less than 10 minutes that you can do at any time.

Additional Information and FAQs

You will need some small, inexpensive equipment. This includes resistance tube, resistance band, mini-band, beakers and a range of dumbbells. If you need any advice on what you need or what can be substituted for any of the equipment please let me know.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may also want to have a towel and water at hand. It is advised to do the sessions in bare feet so you don't need to wear trainers or special socks.
Athlete 12 is for women who already exercise regularly and want to try a new challenge. However, this doesn't mean you already need to be super fit! It is a progressed programme so you start where you are now and as the weeks go by you get stronger. And don't worry, adjustments can still be made, but you will be pleasantly surprised by the progress you make.
Yes! Athlete 12 is a perfect compliment to any other sport or activities you do. It will get you stronger, fitter and faster and truly get you into "athlete mode".
Nutrition plays a huge part in getting fit and healthy. If you want to spend time working on the nutrition side then I can help. As a plant based nutrition advisor I have a 30 Day Plant Based Challenge which is full of nutritious and nourishing recipes that will energise you and help you to thrive. If you prefer a programme that includes meat and dairy then I can recommend the 21 Day Nutrition Plan from fellow HCR® Coach Julie Bartlett. Both programmes have a small, additional charge.
Athlete 12 is for women who already exercise regularly and want to try a new challenge. If you are brand new to exercising then let's have a chat about what offering might be best for you.
All women will be asked to complete a Holistic Core Restore(r) screening form as part of the booking process. If you are free of pelvic health dysfunction then you can start Athlete 12. However, it is important to get your foundation in place, so if your pre-screening form indicates that you will benefit from the Everywoman programme then you will be directed to that programme rather than Athlete 12.
If you experience leaks, pain, have a tummy gap after pregnancy then you will be advised to join my Everywoman programme before starting Athlete 12. All women, apart from Everywoman graduates, must complete a thorough Holistic Core Restore(r) screening form as part of the booking process.
The great thing about Athlete 12 is the online portal which means you can do a workout anywhere in the world! If you are on holiday or have to miss one of the live sessions then you can do an extra session from the online portal. And don't forget you will still get that weeks mini workout to add as well.
If the current government guidelines for indoor activities change or there is another national or local lockdown during the duration of this programme then the weekly live session will be delivered via Zoom.
