As a women's fitness coach, my mission is to make a positive difference to your health, confidence and fitness so you can continue to be active, have fun and enjoy life.
As a licensed Holistic Core Restore® coach I run specialised programmes that are designed to transform the health of women.
I work with women of all ages and fitness levels, from complete beginners to those with more experience. The key with my training is that it starts with you, where you are now, where you want to be, and how we can make fitness a sustainable habit for you.
It’s all about those positive changes you can make to help you towards your goal.

My coaching can be 121 online or in person at your home in Aylesbury, Bicester and surrounding villages.
