Here’s why my personal training works!


I understand how hard it can be to add fitness into your life, so I make sure your workouts are tailored to you. Whether that is short, sharp at home sessions to fit around your life or longer sessions at the gym.

I know how challenging it can be to start something new, to find the confidence to lace up the trainers and take that first step to getting fit. And I’m here to support from the get go.

I realize that as we get older what used to work doesn’t always work as well, and indeed may be starting to have a negative effect. I’m here to make sure you thrive as you move through the peri and post menopause period.

I understand that not everyone wants to lose weight. Fitness isn’t about the number on the scale but how you feel, how much energy you have, and how much enjoyment it brings you.

But I also know that for some people weight loss is a goal. So I will work with you towards your goal in a sustainable manner, no crash diets here!

I know that returning to a fitness regime as a new mum is hard. Your body has changed, your “free time” is limited and you may not always have the energy to get up and go. My training takes that all into consideration and will help you gain confidence in what your post-baby body can do.

Our health and wellbeing are the most important things we have. Training is so much more than muscles and fat loss, it’s about boosting our confidence, firing up our souls and giving us the head space to be active, engaged and happy throughout our lives.

After discussing your goals, current fitness levels and what you want to achieve, I will then create a plan that is tailored to you and your life.

One to one personal training session from £187 per month.

Includes weekly sessions delivered in person or via Zoom and a personalised training plan with online support

1-2-1 in person personal training sessions are held in Aylesbury Vale, Bicester and the surrounding area. This covers Aylesbury, Waddesdon, North Marston, Oving, Launton, Grendon Underwood, Brill, Bicester and surrounding villages.

Online personal training programme package starts at £97 per month

This includes a personalised training plan, online support and accountability. For “live” online sessions please see 1-2-1 training.

Online coaching is available worldwide, excluding North America. As long as you have a computer and an internet connection I can coach you.
