Meet Coach Nicola
I help runners achieve big, scary goals by working around life commitments to build fitness, confidence and strength.
My coaching focusses on fun and enjoyment with the right amount of challenge to help you reach your goals without feeling exhausted and stressed.
I have coached people to run their first 5k, run their fastest marathon time and learn to love running.
However, if you’d told me a few years ago that I’d be a running, let alone coaching people, I wouldn’t have believed you! It just wasn’t something people like me did. I was the non-sporty girl at school who preferred a good book to a good run.
That all changed when I started a couch to 5k course and fell in love with running. I realised what joy it can bring, how hard you sometimes have to work, how frustrating it can be but ultimately how rewarding and fun it is.

When not running in the beautiful countryside or working out I like to take my dog for long walks, watch old movies, drink cocktails and eat cake.
