My mission is to make a positive difference to your health, confidence and fitness so you can continue to be active, have fun and enjoy life.
Whether that is through personal training or running coaching I am here to help you whatever your stage of life and no matter how big (or small!) your goals are. I've helped women and men establish a new health and fitness regime, run their fastest race times, move after injury or set backs, and bring variety and fun to their existing routines.
As a licensed Holistic Core Restore® coach I run specialised programmes that are designed to transform the health of women.
If you are a woman who wants to restore your pelvic floor and core health, help prevent injury when you run or want to get sweaty with a low impact workout then the HCR programmes are for you.

When not running in the beautiful countryside or working out I like to take my dog for long walks, watch old movies, drink cocktails and eat cake.
