Meet Coach Nicola

I am an approachable and friendly coach who found my love of running and fitness in my 30s. I have coached runners in person and online, from complete beginners to seasoned marathon runners. I especially enjoy coaching runners who have a big goal, whether that is to run their first 5k, run a faster half marathon time or train for their first marathon.

I also enjoy working with women who want to take charge of their health and happiness by returning to fitness either after having children or during menopause.

When not running in the beautiful countryside or working out I like to take my dog for long walks, watch old movies, drink cocktails and eat cake.
