The Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme is the foundation to restoring and reconnecting with your pelvic floor and core.

Welcome from Holistic Core Restore® ‘Everywoman’ programme creator, Jenny Burrell

Here's why the Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman programme works

We go deeper. It's not all about Kegels and pelvic floor lifts. This deep and wide programme reflects the need for ‘nervous system nourishment’, for the need to address the ever-increasing stressors that many women face.

This isn't one size fits all. This is a truly bespoke programme. We will work together to find those movements that allow you to feel the greater connection with your pelvic floor.

It's a holistic, whole body approach. Although pelvic floor centered, we know you are more than your pelvic floor! This programme includes the movement, education and nutritional guidance that will support you for life.

We integrate pelvic floor with full body movement. Meaning you can be confident that your pelvic floor will work whatever activity you are doing.

It is for every woman, at every stage of life. You will benefit from this programme no matter how old you are; whether you are pregnant or postnatal; perimenopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal; recovering from gynaecological or other abdominal surgery; or suffering mild or moderate pelvic organ prolapse.

So, how does the programme work?

Before we meet, you'll be asked to complete my online HCR® Pre-Screening to ensure that this programme is right for you and for me to get a better idea of your individual needs.

We will then have a call to discuss the Pre-Screening, so that I know where you are on your health journey and can start to tailor the programme to your needs before we begin the sessions.

Once we are both sure this is the right programme for you, you'll be asked to make the payment to reserve your spot.

You'll then be all set to attend for your first session where you'll receive the key items of fitness kit required for the course and begin your journey to awesome pelvic and core health and function!

Sessions can take place in person in Aylesbury Vale, Bicester and the surrounding area (Waddesdon, North Marston, Launton, Grendon Underwood and all surrounding villages) or online via Zoom

After your first session you will have access to the HCR® Online Portal. This has additional filmed content to support your journey through the programme, including exercise, mobilisations, meditations and education.

Additional Information and FAQs

You will be given a 'keep forever kit' - Pilates ball, Dynaband, mini-band, foot massage ball - which is everything you need for the course. Please have it with you for each session. Your homework workouts are designed to be done at home in a small space using your Everywoman kit. No gym membership is required!
You will be moving during this session and even though it is a low impact class you still may sweat! So please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may also want to have a towel and water to hand. All the sessions are done in bare feet so you don't need to wear trainers or special socks. And don't forget to bring your Everywoman kit to each session!
The homework sessions are an essential part of Everywoman. You only get to see me for one hour a week but you need your pelvic floor and core to function 24/7! The homework sessions will take no more than 20 minutes and can be broken up into smaller parts throughout the day if needed. You only need to do them every other day (three times a week max). Not only that, but by doing your homework you will have quicker results.
The Everywoman programme will help you build your pelvic floor and core strength. But it doesn't stop there! If you wanted to keep your focus on your pelvic floor and core to truly establish a habit of good health, functionality and strength then we can discuss an ongoing maintenance programme. Depending on how much support you need this may include 121 sessions or online coaching calls where we can deep dive into any areas you want to concentrate on, be that nutrition, stress reduction, better bowel health, or anything else. If you felt ready to move on to more athletic and dynamic movements, then the Everywoman 3D programme will give you the confidence you need to get back to the activities you love. If you want to improve your general health, increase fat loss or jump start your metabolism with a deep respect for your pelvic health then the Heat programme may be for you. This is an energizing, sweaty, fun, no-jump, functional workout that is pelvic floor friendly and will keep pushing you. We can discuss your options near the end of the programme.
Absolutely not! The nutrition guidelines focus on what nutrients and lifestyle factors you need to enhance and support healing and recovery. They are guidelines which mean they fit into a vegetarian or vegan diet, just as they fit into an omnivorous diet. As I am vegan, I can give you lots of idea for plant based meals that fit in the guidelines.
