Welcome to Strong, an online whole body strength training class designed exclusively for women.
Each session combines bodyweight exercises and targeted weight training to engage every muscle group, with a special emphasis on developing upper body and core strength.
Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience, Strong is designed to meet you where you are and build your strength progressively.
In just 30 minutes, you'll complete a workout that is not only effective but won't leave you feeling exhausted. Which means it's the perfect solution no matter how busy your schedule is.
As these strength classes are delivered online, the workouts are specifically designed for small spaces. All you need is a mat and a few pieces of equipment to kickstart your journey towards strength and confidence.
When and Where Is This Course?
Summer Drop In Class Dates (Fridays 12.00-12.35pm) Delivered direct to your home via Zoom
Over the summer this class will be offered as a "drop in" rather than as a full 12 week programme.
Book the dates you can attend - all sessions are recorded and available for 30 days after the class.
July - 3rd, 10th and 17th
August - 14th, 21st, 28th
