Not at all! This class is designed for all abilities. You can work entirely from a chair, with simple standing options if you’d like to try them. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may also want to have water to hand.
Yes. The movements are simple, clearly explained and you are encouraged to go at your own pace. No experience or coordination is needed - if you can sit on a chair, you can join in.
The class is designed to be safe and supportive for most people with long-term health conditions. Before you come to the first class you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire to sure that the class is right for you. Depending on your health condition, you may be asked to talk to your GP first before starting exercise.
Yes, there is free parking outside of the Community Centre.
