About your coach

This Couch to 5k programme is written and coached by a qualified running coach and personal trainer who specialises in helping everyday adults build strength, confidence, and long-term consistency.

I work with people who don’t see themselves as “runners” yet – and show them that they absolutely can be. Together, we focus on building strong foundations, progressing gradually, and creating habits that actually fit into real life.
