Heat is a ‘no-jump’ low impact, high intensity workout that will truly get your heart pumping, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.
Get ready for a high intensity, low impact, class which will get you sweaty, raise your heart rate and energise you, all whilst being pelvic floor friendly - no burpees or star jumps in sight!
The sessions are easy to follow, with no complex moves that leave you confused, and are an achievable challenge. You will feel yourself getting stronger, your heart pumping, your glutes working and your pelvic floor and core working with you, not against you.
Heat Express is a 30 minute session that allows you to work hard whilst being low impact, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised but not exhausted.
