You can keep both feet on the ground and still have an effective workout!

Heat is a ‘no-jump’ low impact, high intensity workout that will truly get your heart pumping, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.

Get ready for a high intensity, low impact, class which will get you sweaty, raise your heart rate and energize you, all whilst being pelvic floor friendly - no burpees or star jumps in sight!

The sessions are easy to follow, with no complex moves that leave you confused, and are an achievable challenge. You will feel yourself  getting stronger, your heart pumping, your glutes working and your pelvic floor and core working with you, not against you.

The classes are offered as a 45 minute session with Heat 45 or a 30 minute session with Heat Express. Both sessions allow you to work hard whilst still being low impact, which means you finish your workout feeling refreshed, not exhausted.

As a bonus, all sessions are recorded so you can repeat the workout between the live sessions.

Additional Information and FAQs

Heat uses a mixture of boyweight and resistance exercises and you will need some small equipment. This includes handled resistance tubes, resistance bands, mini-bands, a pilates ball and light weights. If you need any advice on what you need or what can be substituted for any of the equipment please let me know.
Even though Heat is a low impact class it is high intensity and designed to make you may sweat! So please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may also want to have a towel and water at hand. It is advised to do the sessions in bare feet so you don't need to wear trainers or special socks.
This is a high intensity class but intensity is different for every woman. With each class we want the intensity to be a 7/8 out of 10, however that will look different to someone who is new to exercise compared to someone who regularly works out. But as long as you feel your effort is a good 7/8 out of 10 then you are working at the right intensity for you.
Firstly, rest assured there aren't any complicated dance moves! However, we all have movements that challenge our co-ordination at times! If you find a movement difficult I will be at hand to break it down for you or offer an alternative that you can do until you feel confident at trying the full movement.
Heat is a pelvic floor friendly workout but if you experience leaks, pain, have a tummy gap after pregnancy then you will be advised to join my Everywoman programme before starting Heat. All women, apart from Everywoman graduates, must complete a thorough Holistic Core Restore(r) screening form as part of the booking process.
