Heat is a ‘no-jump’ low impact, high intensity workout. It will truly get your heart pumping, jump start your metabolism and keep you burning calories for hours after the exercise session.
Get ready for a high intensity, low impact class. It will get you sweaty, raise your heart rate and energise you, whilst also being pelvic floor friendly - no burpees or star jumps in sight!
The sessions are easy to follow, with no complex moves that leave you confused. You will feel yourself getting stronger, your heart pumping, your glutes working. And since it is a low impact workout, you can be sure your pelvic floor and core is working with you, not against you.
Heat Express is a 30 minute online session. You will work hard but as it is low impact, you will finish feeling refreshed and energised, not exhausted.
