Who is this programme for?

This programme is for you if

  • You are in your late 30s, 40s or 50s and are ready to make positive changes to your life
  • You want to feel fitter, stronger and full of energy
  • You want to learn about what is happening to your body as you move through perimenopause, menopause and beyond
  • You want to feel calmer, sleep better and help reduce your symptoms

What’s involved over the 12 week perimenopause and beyond programme?


Each week you will have two workouts with me online. These will be recorded so if you can’t make them live you can still take part.

The workouts will be no more than 30 minutes, and are designed to build your muscular strength and cardio health through a low impact, high intensity workout and resistance training using both bodyweight and equipment. This is essential to keep you fit and healthy as you go through the peri to post menopause years.


It is vital in these years to work on reducing stress and learning to relax and release. This will help with hormonal health and bring some much needed ease into your life.

You will spend the first four weeks looking at ways to help you sleep better, reduce your stress and release any tension. This may help to reduce symptoms and will help you to feel calmer and more confident.

Each month you will have an online relaxation session, where we focus on releasing, relaxing and unwinding our bodies.


The perimenopause and menopause years are a time when you need to look at the way you eat in a different way. What was working for you in terms of what you are eating may no longer be working, you may find that your weight has changed even though what you are eating hasn’t.

You need to nourish your body in a different way so that it can adapt to the changes in your body and keep you healthy for life. During this programme you will be provided with delicious and easy to make plant-based recipes to help you feel healthy and vital. Out with restriction and in with abundance!


This is a time in your life when you need to thrive and flourish. To do so, you need to make yourself a priority.

Towards the end of the programme you will make a plan of action based on what has worked for you. There will be a 121 coaching call to help you make your plan and set out ways to make sure it is followed so that you can keep flourishing long after the programme has finished.

When you are sure you want to join the programme and have paid the fee or first intalment to reserve your spot,  you'll be asked to complete the online Pre-Screening to ensure that this programme is right for you and to get a better idea of your individual needs.

I will then connect with you to discuss the Pre-Screening, so that we know where you are on your health journey and so that the programme can truly be tailored to your needs before we begin.

You'll then be all set to start the programme and begin your journey to a flourishing midlife!

Additional Information and FAQs

This programme is delivered fully online via Zoom and a private WhatsApp group. All live sessions will be on Zoom and are recorded. The weekly tasks and challenges will be delivered in a private WhatsApp group.
The Flourish programme is designed to be as time efficient as possible. As well as the two 30 minute fitness sessions each week you will need to put aside 15-30 minutes to go through the weekly tasks.
The Flourish fitness sessions use a mixture of boyweight and resistance exercises and you will need some small equipment. This includes handled resistance tubes, resistance bands, mini-bands, a pilates ball and weights. If you need any advice on what you need or what can be substituted for any of the equipment please let me know.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may also want to have a towel and water at hand. It is advised to do the sessions in bare feet so you don't need to wear trainers or special socks.

We can go over any concerns you have about your pelvic floor and core and discuss if Flourish is right for you.
