Yes! The ORC is designed for runners of all levels, from beginners looking for guidance to experienced runners aiming for new goals or improved performance.
The weekly workouts focus on running specific strength training, mobility, and running drills tailored to enhance your performance and keep you injury-free. The weekly workouts are between 30-45 minutes and are recorded.
Monthly group coaching calls are held online, covering topics to support your running such as nutrition, motivation, and injury prevention. They are informal with plenty of opportunites to ask questions.
The WhatsApp group is a private space where you can connect with other members, share your progress, ask questions, and stay motivated with encouragement from each other and your coach.
The strength sessions are designed as at home workouts suitable for small spaces, with a mixture of exercises that involve bodyweight and resistance. You will need some equipment such as resistance bands, minibands, dumbbells and some self massage tools.
The weekly workouts and monthly coaching calls are recorded, so you can catch up at a time that suits you.
