Holistic Core Restore® Rel-ease will change forever how you feel about ‘stretching’ and taking time out, alone, for you own mind, body, soul and spirit!

These workshops include simple ways to ‘release’ muscular tension that draw on self-massage, myofascial movement, Yoga and Pilates traditions with simple meditation strategies to soothe our nervous system and pelvic floors that is just as important as ‘the work’.

Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture as we travel through life are pretty standard for most women and many simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and a loss of freedom of movement when there are both simple and delicious solutions easily available to us.

This workshop is an essential part of any wellness strategy that truly matters and will help you to prioritize moving freely in your daily life.

Additional Information and FAQs

You will need a mat or soft floor to lay on. A cushion and blanket for the relaxation part of the class.
Please wear clothes that are comfortable and breathable. You may want to wear layers and also have a towel and water at hand. It is advised to do the sessions in bare feet so you don't need to wear trainers or special socks.
We all have movements that challenge our co-ordination at times! If you find a movement difficult I will be at hand to break it down for you or offer an alternative that you can do until you feel confident at trying the full movement.
Rel-Ease is pelvic floor friendly but if you experience leaks, pain, have a tummy gap after pregnancy then you will be advised to join my Everywoman programme. All women, apart from Everywoman graduates, must complete a thorough Holistic Core Restore(r) screening form as part of the booking process.
