Marathon Strong is a 6 month programme that will help you to keep motivated, feel strong and confident as you train for your first or second spring marathon.

Whether you’ve just completed your first 10k, have ran half marathons or are a second time marathon runner, this programme is designed to help you prepare, plan, and train for a marathon with confidence.

From only £29 per month, you’ll receive the guidance, tools, and support you need to cross that finish line with pride.

Additional Information and FAQs

The Marathon Strong programme is designed to help you prepare for a marathon in the spring of 2025, no matter what race it is. The programme starts on 1st November and finishes on 30th April. Over the 6 months you will have all the strategies you need to help you cross the finish line strong, whether your race is in March, April or May of 2025.
With regular group coaching, strength sessions, and the support of a like-minded community, you’ll stay on track.
All the group coaching sessions are recorded so if you can't attend live you can watch later.
There is a live session on the first Monday of each month. This is recorded and designed so you can repeat the session in your own time over the month. There will be suggestions for progressions during the month so you will continue to build your strength.
The strength sessions are designed as at home workouts with a mixture of exercises that involve bodyweight and resistance. You will need some equipment such as resistance bands, minibands, dumbbells and some self massage tools.
