What’s Included

Weekly 30 minute live workout via Zoom
Time efficient, bodyweight and band workout you can do at home or away. All live sessions are recorded so you can do them in your own time.

Workout library access
A collection of on-demand workouts from 5 to 25 minutes, including bodyweight circuits, yoga flows, dumbbell strength, and stretch & release sessions. Perfect for mixing and matching to suit your day.

Weekly focus and mini missions
Simple mindset, movement and nutrition goals and habits to keep you on track.

Personal progression board
Track your own progress and stay motivated with a personal progression board. Earn a point for every workout or cardio session completed, and watch your consistency add up over the 6 weeks.

Private group chat
Motivation, accountability, and support from your community of Summer Surge challengers.

Additional Information and FAQs

Most of the Summer Surge workouts are between 5 and 30 minutes, and you can fit them around your schedule. The challenge encourages daily movement, which includes walking, running, cycling as well as workouts. But you can adjust based on what works for you.
No! This challenge is built for busy lives. There are weekly live sessions which are recorded so if you can’t make the session, you can still do the workout in your own time. You choose when to do your workouts each week, making it easy to fit around family, holidays, or work.
No problem! Summer Surge is a fitness challenge designed to be flexible. You can take breaks, modify your workouts, or use shorter sessions from the workout library while you’re away. The goal is progress, not perfection!
Absolutely. Whether you’re new to exercise or returning after a break, the Summer Surge fitness challenge meets you where you are with modifications and supportive coaching.
Yes! The challenge offers cardio, strength, and mobility workouts to complement your routine, plus accountability to keep you consistent throughout the summer.
As well as the live bodyweight and band workout, you have access to a workout library. This includes strength sessions, bodyweight circuits, dumbbell workouts, mobility, stretching and yoga.
Most workouts are low-impact and include options to suit different needs, including pelvic floor awareness. I can guide you on the workouts suitable for you during our initial coaching call.
You will need resistance bands and minibands for the live workout sessions. The on-demand workout library includes sessions using dumbbells but this if you don’t have access to any, you can choose the bodyweight or band workouts.
All workouts are available through the Trainerize platform and are accessible anytime on your phone, tablet, or computer.
I encourage you to download the Trainerize app for easy access to the workout library, the challenge progression boards, our community group and to easily mark off your activities. However, everything is also accessible via the Trainerize website.
The community group is a friendly, supportive space for motivation and accountability. It’s where I will be posting information about the weekly focus and mini missions. Posting is optional, although encouraged. You can just observe and still benefit from the community.
The progression board is a fun element to help you to stay consistent. You earn 1 point for every workout or cardio activity completed each day (maximum 2 points per day). Everyone who collects 42 points reaches the Winner’s Island and will be entered into a prize draw.
