What is the Flourish perimenopause and beyond programme?
The Flourish perimenopause and beyond programme includes
Two workouts per week so that you feel fitter, stronger and full of energy
Guidance on how to soothe your nervous system so that you feel calmer, reduce your stress, sleep better and decrease your symptoms
Simple and delicious recipes that nourish your body so you feel vital and full of energy
Plus you will create a vision for your future so you will feel excited about moving into this next life phase.
What’s included in the Flourish perimenopause and beyond programme?
Each week you will have two live workouts with me online. These will be recorded so if you can’t make them live you can still do them.
The workouts will be no more than 30 minutes, one will build cardio strength with a low impact, high intensity workout and the other building muscular strength with resistance training using both bodyweight and equipment. Both types of exercise are vital to keep us fit and healthy as we go through peri to post menopause.
You will also be able to attend my monthly HCR® Rel-Ease sessions which is all about relaxing, releasing and bringing some ease into your body.
As well as the workouts, you will be working on ways to help you relax, sleep better and reduce stress, which may help with decreasing symptoms.
You will be given recipes to help you make small tweaks and adjustments to your diet to help you feel vital and full of energy.
And towards the end of the 12 weeks it’s all about putting everything in to practice so you have a plan for beyond the programme.
What’s the cost of the Flourish perimenopause and beyond programme?
The price for the 12 week programme is £249 (which can be paid in 3 monthly instalments), and this includes everything – your pre-programme coaching call, two workouts per week, three monthly Rel-ease sessions, all the weekly challenges and guidance, recipe booklets and a final group coaching call at the end of the 12 weeks to help you make a plan of action based on what has worked for you throughout this programme.
Who is the Flourish perimenopause and beyond programme for?
This programme is for you if

This is understandable. However, during our pre-programme coaching call we will talk about how often you exercise so I know that there are options for you during each workout. So whether you are new to exercising or you have been working out for a while you will get stronger and fitter over the 12 weeks.
Maybe you are on HRT and are worried the programme won’t be relevant to you.
