The Summer Surge is a 6-week programme designed to help you stay fit, strong, and on track this summer – with minimal time, zero gym visits (unless you want to), and a supportive community cheering you on.
It includes:
- One short live workout per week (30 mins or less), recorded for when you can’t make the live session
- Workout library with strength, movement and stretch sessions you can do anytime, anywhere (including on holiday!)
- Weekly focus on simple mindset, movement and nutrition habits so you don’t lose momentum over the holidays
- Simple guidance and support to help you stay on track and keep you focused and supported
What’s included in Summer Surge?
You start off with an initial 20-minute coaching call with me so we can get really clear on your personal goals for the six weeks.
This isn’t a one-size-fits-all programme, and this call is your chance to shape it around your life, your summer plans, and what you want to achieve. Whether you’re aiming to stay consistent, build strength, regain momentum, or simply feel better in your body, we’ll tailor the approach so it works for you.
Each week, you’ll have access to one short, live, online, 30 minute workout, which will also be recorded in case you can’t make the live session. And you also have access to a workout library filled with strength, movement, and stretch sessions you can do anytime, anywhere – even while you’re away on holiday.
Alongside this, each week has a simple focus around mindset, movement, and nutrition habits, that are sustainable and will help you keep your momentum going through the summer months. You’ll get just the right amount of support to stay on track, with the guidance and encouragement you need to feel focused and confident.
By the end of the programme, you’ll have a big boost of energy, strength, and confidence heading into September. And all of it with the support of a friendly, no-pressure group offering accountability and encouragement every step of the way.

Summer Surge is £97 for the 6 weeks.
That’s just over £2 a day for tailored support, structure, and accountability – without any pressure to follow a rigid plan.

You won’t here. This is a small group (just 14 places), and we start with a personal coaching call so I can get to know you and we can tailor things to your goals. You’ll feel seen, supported, and encouraged all the way through.
